# 3.6  Word快速变身PPT

有些使用者想将Word里的内容导入PPT，于是进行重复的复制粘贴，将Word中的文本内容逐一导入PPT，这种方法比较费时费力。我们有更好的方法将Word中的内容导入PPT中。

在Word中，将所需要的内容设置好级别，可以进入大纲视图中设置，也可以直接在使用Word里的快速样式进行设置。如图3-52所示，设置好级别。

然后将其保存，打开PPT，直接使用PPT打开Word，然后找到保存Word所在的位置，使用PPT打开Word文档，如图3-53所示。

PPT将会按照使用者先前所设置的级别安排内容，如图4-54所示。
