# 4.1.4  插入公式和符号

在某些教学类的PPT，有可能需要插入一些公式，在以前的版本中可能还需要插件或是另外的软件才能完成此项任务，但对PPT 13版来说，这都是可以在PPT中就可以完成的任务了，07版以后，PPT新添了类似Math type这样强大的公式编辑器的功能，所以用户应该好好利用这一改善的功能给我们带来的便利。

“插入”选项卡——>“符号” 组——>“公式”，如图4-26所示，在PPT中内置了一些常见的公式，用户直接单击公式就可以直接导入PPT中，非常方便。

图4-26 当然，内置公式没有用户需要的公式时，用户也可以使用“插入新公式”，定义自己的公式，如图4-27所示，单击“插入新公式”后，会在功能区出现一个新增的选项卡——“公式工具-设计”。
