# 11.6  将PPT打包成CD

打包成CD有很多好处，其中之一就是帮助用户保管PPT。一个完整的PPT通常会包含大量的图片、视频、音频，或者外部链接的图表、表格等，有时候，这些外部文件不再同一的文件夹中，如果这个PPT需要从一台电脑上，转移到另一台电脑上，很可能会丢失这些外部链接的文件。例如外部链接的图表、表格链接丢失仅仅会造成无法对对象进行编辑的现象，而例如音频或者视频丢失了，可能会直接影响到PowerPoint的播放效果。在07版以前的PowerPoint版本中，音频和视频文件不会自动嵌入PPT，一旦丢了，效果就会消失。打包成CD，也就是说将所有的外部链接文件几种打包在一起，对它们实行有效的管理。

在“文件”选项卡中选择“导出”，选择“将文件打包成CD”。

单击“复制到CD”按钮，出现如图11-35所示对话框，单击“是”。

当然，打包成CD不止只有这样的一些功能，例如在你的电脑中事先有安装PowerPoint viewer 2013，那么，即使你的电脑中没有PowerPoint这个软件，也还是可以打开PPT的，理所当然，播放展示PPT就不一定非得局限于PowerPoint这个软件的存在了。

在你将PPT打包成CD时，可以直接将这个软件打包进去，那么就不用害怕电脑里面没有安装office这种尴尬的事情发生了。
