# 11.4  PPT打印

PowerPoint本身也提供了非常方便好用的直接打印功能。

我们可以对打印的一些参数进行设置，可以设置打印的范围（可以自由选定）、打印内容、打印份数、质量等。

其中我们可能经常有用到的可能就是将讲义进行打印，我们可以设置打印多张讲义在一页纸上，这样比较节省纸张。

在打印时我们需要注意几点：

① PowerPoint中直接打印出来的精度有限，这局限于PowerPoint本身的清晰度，如若要求较高的清晰度，则应该采取将幻灯片先转换为高精度的图片，再进行打印。

② 在幻灯片中，因为是要拿来演示，所以字体一般设置得较大，适宜远距离观看，但是由于打印出来的文件是近距离观看，所以原来尺寸的文字就显得有些不适合了，若需要讲究细节的话，则应该将字体调节到适宜大小时，再进行打印。

③ 由于需要打印，所以不论PPT设置了多么酷炫的动画，都不会进行显示，一般的，将动画页进行一些调整，重叠的部分全部散开重新排版，或者一页动画页干脆就可以将之删除。

④ 打印出来的文件一般不需要过渡页，所以当演示者在PPT中设置了很多过渡页时，则在打印时应该有意识的将之删除。
